We ask that you read the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS guide so as to assist you in understanding our processes and with any questions you may have. Should you not find any answer to your relevant question there, do not hesitate to contact us thereafter.

Promoters who wish to have their events listed on the site and through our newsletter, can send an email to trinidadfetetickets@gmail.com Please provide all relevant information on your event: Name, Date, Location, Time, etc..etc..

Should you wish to be kept updated on TFT news, ticket availability, etc, please send an email to Trinidad Fete Tickets@gmail.com informing us that you wish to be placed on our subscriber email list. Also, place our email addresses in your SAFE LIST so as to avoid emails from us going to your spam/junk mail box.

Ticket Collection, Office Hours , etc

Ticket Collection, etc
Dear Blog visitors, we have had several emails with enquiries as to location, ticket collection, possibility of getting more tickets upon arrival in Trinidad, etc. We have attempted to answer those questions as concisely as possible below.

1. Purchasing customers will be advised of our office address, hours of operation and T&T contact number. We are very accessible by email and thru this blog as we answer all relevant emails received.

2. With reference to ticket collection, because you are booking online and we do not know who is who, to protect your purchase, when collecting your tickets we require you to walk with picture ID - driver's license, National ID card or Passport will be accepted in addition to the printed email confirmation you would have received. It is your responsibility to ensure you have these documents upon collection.

3. We will not be accepting any forms of cheques as payment. Payment will be via the PAYPAL system.

4. There will be no 'extra' availabilty of tickets once the deadline has passed for accepting orders. What this means is simply - when you come to collect your tickets, you will not be able to 'get an extra one', or add to your order. As indicated, we are allocated a limited amount of tickets from the various promoters/committees.

5. As tickets are 'sold out', we will be placing notices on the blog. So please keep checking.

6. We aim to please our customers and as such, due to numerous requests for BEACH HOUSE tickets, we have contacted the committee and are pleased to say that we will be providing tickets to this event as well (limited amount).

7. Tickets are on a first come with 'payment' basis.

8. To date a few of the event promoters have not released official prices or locations of their relevant fetes. This will also be posted as we receive word.

9. An addition to point 4. It will NOT be possible for us to service 'walk-in customers'. Anyone requiring fete/event tickets must have pre-ordered and paid for the respective tickets.
