TFT - 2010 tickets Sold Out .....to date

Dear patrons, subscribers and well wishers

Firstly, let's address the 'most wanted'.
We have been besieged with requests and enquiries about D/Vale Breakfast Part tickets. As many of you know, this is a very difficult event to secure tickets to. All our patrons will be advised as to the outcome of us acquiring these 'golden tickets' be it positive or negative. Until such time, there is little we can update you on with regards to this event.

The following event's tickets are now 'sold out' on the TFT site.

Should TFT acquire a further amount of these events, we will let our subscribers know.

Let us, however, remind you, Fetes/Events being 'sold out' on TFT, does NOT mean that the event is sold out. It means that 'our allocation' of tickets are sold out!

COSTUMES

The deadline for the current discount expires this coming Saturday -5th Dec 09.  There may be another discounted offer from Sunday 6th December 09 - this is subject to approval from Legacy.

 * Legacy will be offering Carnival Monday wear at no extra cost.  Please indicate your interest when registering.

* Legacy will also be providing 'goody bags' for masqueraders playing in the band and this is collected together with your costume.

* The sections are All Inclusive and all other Legacy amenities, are included.

* Costume collection dates will be passed on to all once announced by Legacy.

* Balance payments will include the appropriate service charges on an individual basis and will be included in final invoice we send to you.

* Pom pom shorts are the ones that cover the entire bum - the boy shorts leaves the bum cheeks exposed

Greetings to all subscribers, site visitors and supporters.

TFT is pleased to announce the start of its service for the 2010 Carnival season.

We encourage you to read thoroughly all information provided on the site in order for you to get the best out of your selection & purchasing experience.

There have been a few changes and rearrangements to the site and service, however, the payment buttons have been retained on the right side panel.

TFT will be providing tickets for the following events for 2010...If you do not see your event/fete of choice listed, we may still be in discussions as to getting tickets from the promoters/committee members, or simply not offering that particular choice for 2010. Events/fete tickets, once confirmed will be added to the listing and payment options.

Interested persons are reminded that we are working with quotas for each event and as the maximum is reached, the event will be removed from the site.

Please note that the deposit price is NOT the full cost of the event ticket, it is merely a down payment. TFT will not be holding/reserving/booking any tickets without a paid deposit.

Final prices for fetes/events in T&T as has been the yearly custom are not released until 2 weeks prior to individual events - TFT has no control over this.
What we do advise is that you make your fete ticket budget based on the previous year's (2009) prices with a USD$10-15 margin of increase, as promoters may raise prices.

Payments are in USD$ and ALL prices quoted are inclusive of associated service charges.

*** The deadline for FULL & FINAL payment for 2010 is midnight Wednesday 3rd February 2010***

Full payments for fete tickets bought via the site must be made by this date. In instances where official fete prices have not been released, we will make individual and personalised arrangements with the respective customers.
